I am a young African American woman who had the esteemed pleasure of having been serviced by Ms. Michele. I have been plagued with stubborn hairs that grow under my neck. I've tweezed and thread them and, as a result, have many ugly black spots. I tried laser last year... Nope. Back on the hunt for resolve, I googled and found Ms. Michele. She is a soft spoken, honest professional. She explained the definition and process of electrolysis and what to expect. Her office is clean and her prices are very affordable. The process is virtually painless and there is no pain or swelling afterwards. I express my race because I've heard horror stories of electrologists incapable of properly treating women of color. Not the case of Ms. Michele. If you are fed up with the fuzz and miss your effortless sexy, Call Ms. Michele Burek ASAP. She'll zap those follicles right out of existence!

I have been going to Michelle on and off for 13 years. Once the hair is gone it's gone, but as we age new ones that weren't there before grow in. Thank goodness Michelle is still in town. She has become a friend in the course of my appointments, and now my daughter is a client of hers as well!

I found Michele on a list of near by places for electrolysis, and ended up calling her immediately after I read the reviews people made here. Not only does she have experience and knowledge about her work, shes professional, courteous, extremely friendly, and has one of the warmest personalities I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. I've only known her for 30 minutes but I left feeling like we've known eachother for a year. She explains everything and eases you into the whole process, you basically get a little lesson on hair growth and electrolysis. Would I recommend her? Absolutely.

Without any hesitation, my mom and I highly recommend Michelle for any electrolysis work you need done. She is extremely skilled, professional, honest, and sensitive to her patient's individual electrolysis needs. We began to notice a difference within a short period of time, and continued to receive great results until we were hair and care free! Not only have my mom and I been clients of Michelle's, we have also become very close friends with her and her family. Michelle is a very experienced electrologist, as well as a lovely and caring person, as well as a wonderful friend!

I really can't say enough complimentary things about Michele. Before I met her, my facial hair was making my life miserable. Because I was tweezing constantly, my face was always red and bumpy. With her extraordinary expertise, patience and total understanding of my problem she really did change the way I felt about myself. With each treatment, my skin was becoming smooth and that horrible red blotchiness finally disappeared. It felt so great when I could finally touch my face and it was so soft, smooth and hair free! I remember how self-conscious I was about hair on my face in places that a women should not have hair. I used to spend a lot of time in the mirror tweezing hair growing on my chin and under my chin. The hair that I could not see had to be plucked by my sister. I was even embarrassed to let my husband see me plucking hair off my chin! I tried waxing but that often irritated my skin and did not heal for a couple of days. I also tried something that was sold on HSN where you would remove the hair by rubbing a very fine sandpaper over the skin's surface. This was also time consuming. Then I found Michele! At the first session, Michele explained how electrolysis works before she started my treatments. Michele knew that I contemplated for a long time about electrolysis because I wasn't sure if it would work for me and I was afraid of pain. Now I am sorry that I waited so long to try this method of hair removal. Michele is very gentle and caring. My worries are over.

As I was never a hairy person I never thought much about electrolysis. After the onset of menopause I notice these 3 "agressive" hairs that came from nowhere! One on my chin and 1 on each of my eyebrows! I used to pluck them and keep an eye on them so I could get rid of them before they offended anyone. they were thick, dark and long! After 3 visits with Michele, my unwelcome hairs were gone. She was surprised herself that that was all it took. She explained to me that everyone is different. Michele is an extremely caring person. When I first went to see her I was very nervous. As she explained to me how electrolysis works and told me that she would treat only one hair and then let me decide if electrolysis was for me I started to feel more relaxed. She is professional, very knowledgeable and extremely gentle. I highly recommend her. My dermatologist referred me to Michele in May 2008. Initially I went every 4 days for 45 minutes until she got me cleaned up. Then every week for 30-45 minutes, now I see her every 3 weeks for a 15-minute treatment. When I leave her office my face is hairless and I don't worry about hairs for the next 3 weeks (I used to shave everyday, there was so much hair I couldn't even wax). Thank you Michele.
