Provided by YP.comI love the items you can find at the Craft Warehouse located on Fairview and Eagle, however, I can't say the same for the clerks they hire. This is the 3rd time I have shopped there and received less than good service. The cashier was obviously new and had little or no experience. She could not count my change back, only handing it back to me and saying, "Here you go". Cashiers, ALL cashiers should know how to and appropriately count customer's change back correctly and in a courteous manner. I question the manager's ability to train and hire people appropriately and fit to give acceptional customer service. That is not too much to ask for.
