He seems to be closed more than he's open!

Worst experience I've ever had purchasing glasses. Had to return them them the next day and order something different. Then was not refunded/credited full amount of return and had to pony up more cash to receive my replacement pair. Owner doesn't listen to what you are trying to say about concerns and immediately goes from Mr. Nice-Guy sales persona into Not-So Mr. Nice-Guy when you call him on his errors and/or discrepancies.

My wife and I have both been there twice now and will never go back to the "big" stores at the mall again.

Much cheaper than the chain brands such as lenscrafters etc. with very good old fashioned service and personal attention from the same man who owns the store and has been behind the counter for almost forty years.

The way all stores used to be. Friendly knowledgeable service and reasonable prices.
