Purchased two klaussner sofas from Ippoliyos in March for a weekend home. Within a month, the cushions became deformed and I have constantly giving the cushions as they fall off the sofa after sitting. After some pushing, the Owner of Ippolitios came to our home and looked at the sofas and has assured us that he will replace them to our satisfaction. We are looking forward to our new sofas and thank Mr. Ippolito for listening to our concerns and making our purchase right.
