I brought newborn through 6 months boys clothes, some still with tags, plus a bumbo seat & more to sell. First they acted as if I was bothering them. I was told I'd get a call back the next day after they had a chance to go through them but I received a call back within 7 minutes saying that my stuff smelled like cigars and they weren't interested. We are a smoke free home. I feel they just didn't want tone take the time to look at the items. I came back & started looking at things to buy with my older children in tow & was followed around like I was stealing and all of the women working acted as if it was an inconvenience for me to be shopping! Needless to say, I put the items back and took my business elsewhere.

Please do not sell your items here. There are other stores, thrift stores, garage sales, or even just donating the items to those in need. They WILL NOT give you a fair and reasonable price. I realize that the items are used but if it's in good condition they should be reasonable. Also they will not take many of your items. In my opinion it wasn't worth the gas I wasted driving up there. Not to mention the staff are extremely unfriendly and rude.

WHAT A JOKE..... the cloths we brought in were only worn maybe once beautiful dresses on hangers and 2 tubs of baby girl cloths that all looked a lot better than what was hanging on the shelf and bought nothing? they even denied a brand new pair of shoes with tag still on them. have you seen the shoes in the shoe bucket in the back of the store? nasty shoes and you denied a brand new pair... I firmly believe whoever is checking the clothing is only accepting friends and family members cloths!!! gave you 1 star because it made me click something to post!!! store does not even deserve that 1

I went in today to sell some girls size 8 and 14 items (Old Navy, Levi's, Justice, etc. which are in great condition, some items never worn with tags still on them) and as soon as I walked in the female associates sighed out loud like oh my gosh we have to go through those!? She then proceeded to tell me that they don't really buy any items on Sunday's (which is not mentioned on their website) and that the sizes I had don't move very quickly so they really weren't interested. A little irritated, I just told them that I would take my items somewhere else where they would be appreciated. They were more interested in chit chatting with one another than doing their job. Very rude! They should be called Once Upon a Nightmare, not Once Upon a Child. Don't bother wasting your gas, this place is certainly NOT worth the trip.

I have shopped here a couple of times and brought A LOT of items, mainly clothes, to sell for the first time yesterday. I had 2 laundry baskets and a box full of clothes to sell. I knew not all would be purchased by the shop- some items were really worn but I figured I'd try. She did buy some items, less than a basket full is what she accepted. I was surprised because most of what she declined was name brand and in really good shape- like a brand new pair of Old Navy little girl jeans, NEW WITH TAG...she did not take those. What puzzles me is that most of what is on the racks- and I looked at sizes 5T through size 8, literally it all was SO worn, faded, practically see through from wear. I am not attempting to trash the store out of bitterness, I am being honest, and I made this observation the times I have been in there prior to selling my own items. Really I thought most of my items would sell because I have seen the old and faded items that you typically find on their racks.

Loved this place. went there durring there sale of most stuff 50% off and got a ton of summer clothes for my 3 kids even a swim suit and some toys. love the huge selection olds and news .

This store is very dirty and unorganized. Ontop of very rude employees. I will never waste my time there again

This business deserves a star rating no good deals in there

what a great place! so much more convenient than having a garage sale and so much better than goodwill. I always take my kids stuff there, make a couple bucks and always find great deals
