Called to set up an appointment, the person answered the phone by saying "What". I asked if this was the business and he said "Yes, what do you want". He refused to give me his name and was extremely rude and argumentative. He said to me, "It is none of your business what my name is, why do you need to know that". I was horrified by his rudeness and obnoxious behavior. If this is how he treats a perspective customer on the phone, I can't even imagine how he acts when he gets to the house. I would never recommend this company. Absolutely horrible!
