Cleveland Construction is a construction management and general contracting group specializing in construction, development and real estate throughout the United States and abroad. Richard G. Small and his sons founded CCI in December 1980. It was incorporated and became Cleveland Construction, or CCI as it is more commonly known, in 1982. The company expanded beyond the Cleveland area in the 1980s. In 1986, CCI s first branch office was established in Cincinnati. More offices were added in Columbus, Ohio, Orlando, Fla. and Raleigh, N.C. Cleveland Construction is engaged in construction projects in other countries and become one of the leaders in the construction industry.
