Already had an ATT cell phone account. Old iPhone died so bought a new cell phone compatible with ATT network. Stopped in for help setting up new phone. The manager refused to help instead suggesting I buy a new phone and extend my contract. I left, went home, called ATT and they walked me right through the process. If you need help, forget this store manager.
