My wife and I eat here frequently. The food is always fresh, and it is always clean. I would very much recommend it.

Best thing foodwise to happen to Mentone. Everyone who works there is really nice. I often come in very early and the older lady that works there always manages to make me laugh even though im not a morning person. Now all we need is a solid Chinese takeout place.

April 14 2015 We went for sandwiches after a track meet, a young man waited on us and struck up a conversation. He asked what time it was and I said 7:40 he said great I get off at 8:00. His coworker was on the phone with someone that was upset and when she hung up and apologized he said It's ok just go home your son needs you. After she left he informed us that her husband just died and the son was struggling . It was so touching to see the empathy that he displayed. My husband said when he left "now that is a good employee" I wish I had gotten his name he had dark hair and glasses. You are a lucky business to have him. We live in Culver but will be back.
