I brought in a dress to be cleaned after wearing it one time. When I came to pick it up, the hem was completely out of the dress. The offered no solution to this other than telling me the hem must have been loose and that’s why it happened. 1) the dress was new 2) I had no sign that the hem was coming out when I dropped it off 3) there was no hem in the entire bottom of the dress—I cannot imagine if it was loose that it would come completely out like that. They took no responsibility for it and had no sympathy or care. I would not recommend their work.
