I stopped in one evening before a couples league to look at ball options for myself. There was an issue with a gift card for another customer, but after this customer had left, the person working there was consumed with the gift card and not the person standing in front of him. As I was walking out, I said that I would take my business somewhere that wanted to sell me a new ball and this person said "OK".

Great price and had the ball drilled the next day.
