I purchased a living room set the salesman quoted me one price wrote it up then after 20 min. said he had to give it to me for 200.00 more. I wanted to leave but my husband insisted on buying the set. Finally got my set my love seat on the bottom had a pucker on it . they came and picked it up it's been over a month without my love seat. Didn't get any price adjustment for my problems. Will never go back.

When we bought our bed base with storage drawers, we were thrilled with the product quality, on-time delivery and professional setup - 2nd floor and each piece about 150 pounds. Well we've moved now and somehow the movers lost the hardware for the foot board. I just called to get the wing nut size, but 3 days later the hardware arrived in the mail here in CT. That's GREAT customer service!

I have had a wonderful experience from the time I walked in the door until my furniture arrived. Thank You Jennifer for all your help!!!! And it arrived almost 3 weeks early. True quality! If you ever need a spokes person, I'm your man. Joseph Meyer
