I have been using this clinic for more than a decade for all of my animals. Dr Fellenz is exceptional, and the vet techs and receptionist staff are wonderful and professional. They have helped me through some tough complications with some of my fur family, as well as general wellness. I recommend them to everyone.

I've been going to Family Pet Clinic for 12 years. Not once have I had a problem. The entire staff is friendly and professional. I just love this clinic!!!

I received 3 texts reminding of apt, Even 2 hours prior to the apt at 3:30, We arrived at 3:10, checked in, weighed my dog and put us in a room. My dog and I Sat there til 3:30 ( ok Fine) 10 more minutes went by, no vet, not tech, no one ever even checked on us, we were there for a simple shot. We Left - went to front desk, told them we were leaving after waiting for 1/2 hour. 3 gals sitting at the desk with cell phones, could not even say one word to us as we left, no excuses, sorry or ???. Never even a phone call later to explain, or ???. I had moved out of town and made a special 40 min drive to see use this clinic. Not again. - Just Pure Rudest. They would have gotten 0 stars but system would not expect

Best clinic in the area. They are so welcoming and have amazing bedside manners. Fair price and they let you know alternative options for tight budgets

I've been bringing my pets to Family Pet Clinic since the 1990's. They've been with me through the good times and the bad. Even though i now live 30 minutes away I am happy to bring my new puppy to this clinic. The vets, techs and other staff are highly qualified, friendly and professional.

I rate them lower than a ZERO!! We took our dog there because it was chocking and we were told they would not help her at all and to go someplace else!! What kind of place that is supposed to care for animals not even take the time to look at or try to save the life of an animal in an emergency???

While my experience was short it was good. They took my cat in the same day, took labs, the doc softly pulled no punches, explained well that if a turn around was going to happen it would do so within two days. She quietly at the clinic. staff was quite empathic, I picked her up in a nice appropriate zippered canvass type bag.



Positive experience.

I started at this clinic because it came highly recommended by friends, neighbors and co-workers. The vet was good for routine checkup's and even for routine surgery's such as neutering; however I had a horrible experience recently when I made an emergency appointment for my cat. He is 1 1/2 years old and he was breathing very labored and it sounded like he had a cold. I took him in and they told me he was having an asthma attack, they took xrays, gave him steroid shots, and oxygen and suggested I take him to a 24 hour emergency vet because they were closing and didn't have the capability of watching him over night. I told them I couldn't afford a 24 hour emergency vet to hospitalize him overnight, they then went and checked on him and came back and told me after some shots and treatments that he wasn't showing much improvement from when I brought him in and then told me I always had the option to put him down. I took him home, got a second opinion and found out he really has pneumonia. I will never be returning to this vet as they misdiagnosed my cat, gave me a treatment course that if I would have stayed with would have killed my cat, and suggested putting him down. Thankfully my kitty is turning around due to a different vet and I will have my kitty around for many more years! If you are thinking about going here, please rethink your choice!

I found the staff at this Clinic cold and the Doctor seemed indifferent in my concern for my pets health. I don't know if the staff was just having a bad day, but, the first impression was a lasting one. One and done for me. I never went back and am now happy the NEW Clinic I am going to!

VERY impressed with the care my pets have received at Family Pet Clinic. Reasonably priced, thorough, and gentle. I've also noticed that when there are issues such as spaying, dental work etc. my pets come home in much better condition (with no after effects) than I've experienced at other facilities through the years.

I recently switched to Dr. Fellenz after having gone back and forth for over a year at a different vet with no answers of what was wrong with my cat. The initial appointment was longer, and the doctor took a very long complete history, which was good because my previous vet did not even have all of my records sent. In this case I found him to be able to speak frankly about what was happening, and present me with a variety of options. He does not promote unnecessary testing or vaccinations. I find the staff friendly and easy to ask questions to. I ask a LOT of questions. Everyone was quite patient, honest, upfront and I appreciated that very much. We have now switched to this vet for the other two cats in the house and the dog. Each of them has received excellent care.

Dr. Scott and his staff are professional, caring, and accommodating. We gladly drive from the south side because we feel that we get the best care possible at Family Pet Clinic.

Family Pet Clinic. The name says it all. They treat all of us (humans and animals) like family, with the utmost of clinical care.

We love Family Pet Clinic.We have been going to Family Pet clinic since 1992. If it wasnt for Dr. Fellenz we would not have had our last dog for 14 1/2 years. She recieved such Excellant Care! We are now bringing our new dog here, & would never go anywhere else
