After 7:00 pm, on 2/14/2016, I deposited $900., into the Schoolsfirst Credit Union ATM at this located. After inserting the cash into the machine, my card was immediately ejected. The cash was not returned.
I knew there was nothing that Stater Bros could do... it was Schoolsfirst ATM, NOT Stater Bros. ATM. I contact Schoolsfirst customer service immediately. They ask the address of the ATM. I asked several employees the address. I am not kidding, the cashiers, the baggers, the deli guy, the meat manger, and a staters bro employee sweeping the floor. NONE could tell me the address where they were currently working. This in itself is alarming, but made all the more frustrating by the matter of fact way they were acting. As if I should not be surprised they had no idea where they were working like mindless drones.
