Horrible service! Rude employees. When I asked for a correction on my order, I was laughed at and my order was made worst. I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK TO THIS LOCATION. If a negative star was an option i would give it a -1.

Went to McDonalds placed an order after ketsup up young lady said ketsup was in the bag no ketchup in the bag requested that my fries be hot she stated they were hot worst customer service ever.

On a good note, I really like the idea that our community is growing & that McDonald's is here plus the food isn't too bad. But... the service is another story. For the third time my husband has came back home with our order that we're made or given to us wrong. I just ordered a a double jalapeno burger and got a double cheeseburger instead. What the heck! And... We paid extra for Tomatoes but didnt get either. McDonald's you owe a couple extra means.

Went there earlier today. The food and service was good but now that the monopoly promo is going on we got large drinks and fries instead of the mediums or small we usually get to get the little monopoly tickets and didn't receive any. It's not much of a big deal but it's disappointing to say for sure. This is not remark about mcdonalds itself but the one on Newport rd. Probably won't be getting larges anymore at this location during this promo.
