After founder Horace Whittington retired in 1991, Rusty Whittington took over as resident and CEO with the help of Jan Tucker and Gayelynn Oyler. Jan, Rusty's mother, and Gayelynn, Horace's daughter, have been an integral part of Whittington Paving's operations for over twenty years. At Whittington Paving, we take pride in the quality of our work. We are a family-owned and operated business with over 25 years of experience in asphalt pavingand sealcoating.
