Compared to this place, a snail convention would seem fast . Inefficient, most of the time uncaring attitude. Ellendale, on the other hand , is just the opposite. Think I'll see if I can change over.

I need my pakage its been there for 3 fukin days dumb fuks

MOST INCOMPETENT EMPLOYEES

The employees helping customers at this office absolutely epitomize the worst of all customer service. You will have plenty of time to watch the disregard of any semblance of efficiency. Today I waited in line for 20 min and when I finally was waited on the USPS representative could not seem to figure out how to weigh my package and have me pay for it. I took it off the scale and left to find a competent PO. Going to Ellendale tomorrow, it's worth the drive.

It is very clear that management could not care less if these workers are able to do any type of work what-so-ever. If you or I performed our jobs with the same level of apathy we would be fired without hesitation. Wow, someone please go there and videotape these guys for 15 min. and post it for everyone to see. It is unbelievable especially when so many other great workers could do this job and appreciate having it. To the employees at this PO you should be thoroughly embarrassed to cash your paychecks, you don't deserve a dime.

What else would you expect from such a fine government institution. This post office and it's employees offer abysmal service along with a healthy dose of rude behavior.

Numerous complaints to the branch manager go unanswered, problems unresolved, but once again, I guess I'm expecting too much from them.

Please use UPS or Fed-Ex for your shipping needs, their employees obviously appreciate their jobs unlike the folks at the USPS.

I am a resident of Bartlett. I drive by the Bartlett Post Office everyday and it is a mess. There is grass in the street where they have cut the grass,they didn't edge and some of the grass was not even cut around the trees and fence. The city of Bartlett say they have no control over the post office because it is federal property. I pay federal taxes and I want my federal property kept clean. If I were to let my own property look like this I would get a fine.



Please, leis take more pride in our federal property.
