NO SERVICE LIGHTS

On December 22, 2009 I called Summer Ave to rent a trailer. The young lady was helpful in telling what size trailer I needed, but failed to explain what I needed to pull the trailer. Futhermore I scheduled to pick the trailer up at 1:00p.m. on December 23, 2009 because we were hoping to get a decent trailer. Subsequently we were wrong.Ready to hit the road we discovered that the service lights didn't work. Very upset cold and ready to get on the highway for the holiday we had to go back to uhaul luckily they weren't closed. The manager was persistent that our vehicle had a blown fuse or it was the receiver my husband purchase at NorthernTools. After the fuse was changed the lights did come on. However as we proceeded to pull off the lot I ask my husband to stop and check the lights you guess it they were not on! Finally I told the manager to please give us another trailer.This was a frustrating situation that I hope we never have to experience again!!!
