I had a couple of plumbing items too look at. I called Smiths late morning, and by mid afternoon, the repairman was here. I got helpful answers to all of my questions, such as me changing the Reverse Osmosis filter that I had forgotten. We made a plan to replace my hot water heater a few years from now, since it is working well enough for now. Great value for the visit.

Jeremy from Smith Plumbing, really got after the job, was so professional , knowledgeable, prompt, and reasonably price.

I was blessed to have a great GOD fearing young man by the name of Jeffery Ryan, come to my home and took his time to do the job right the first time, with a humble attitude and was able to deposit true life into my home. I was even more proud that your Company was able to catch this fish and not let him get away. This guy will bring honor to this company if the leadership stay with God. Again thanks for Jeffery and his kind spirit.
On another note the price paid to install equipment that I already had was outrageous and I know you can do better; I was able to pay it but I know there’s plenty who can not and they will get ripped off for $59, which will keep them from using someone else. I’m sure GOD has blessed this company enough to pray and rethink this part of your service. Thanks for a job well done!

Will did a great job, full of good suggestions, timely, professional, and friendly. We had him out on the weekend, and their weekend rates are very reasonable. We are once again very happy customers of Smith's Plumbing Services and *highly* recommend them.

Smith plumbing needs to work on their dispatch area. I was told the tech would be coming to my home btwn 8 and 12. I made a call around 11 to see if he was still coming and was told there was a plumbing emergency and was the next call.
The tech did not arrive until 4:00 pm (and did call 30 mins before he came).

Considering the wait, the tech (James) was very courtesy, professional and did apology for the wait. He had my plumbing issue fixed with a timely manner and made sure all was cleaned up before he left. I was impressed. That being said, I will be calling again if I have another issue that needs attending to.

Cody did a wonderful job repairing my clogged sink with ease.

My first time to use Smith's Plumbing. I was very happy and satisfied with my service. James was prompt, professional, and changed out a disposal unit so quick and easy. I plan to use Smith's in the future and recommend them.
