I always recommend Vinyl plank simply because of the durability of the product. While being waterproof its also Scratch proof and easy to clean. PEEL AND STICK/VINYL TILE IS ALSO A PRODUCT I LIKE TO RECOMMEND. Cost efficient alternative to Ceramic Tile. I enjoy residential work as well as commercial projects. I've never been back to a job site for repairs. Highly recommended.
