We have moved with Darren and RiverKing twice now (from Germantown, TN to Houston, TX and from Monett, MO to Cabot, AR). Riverking is very careful with your belongings and when accidents happen are truthful, honest and fair in making things right. Darren is an ex-hockey player and I have witnessed four times now him and one other guy move a 900 lb safe on our two moves. Other moving companies have dropped the safe--even with more manpower.



After our first move, I referred Riverking and they moved a friend to Colorado. She had nothing but great things to say about Riverking. From time to time he does have trouble with his moving trucks, but he is reliable.



I would use Darren on any of our subsequent moves (as long as he still agrees to move our safe!).



When we were in Houston, we had a quick unexpected in-town move. I had explained the safe to the owner well in advance (3 weeks) of the move and then the day before, he cancelled -- said he couldn't do it. That really left me in a lurch.

No moving company is perfect, but I must say this one is close to it.

Very prompt, professional, absolutely no damages, reasonable.

Did not show up on scheduled time. Finally showed up at 11pm. Worst communication. Charged full amount even though 1/3 of my items were left behind. the worst headache of my life. Check the BBB records to verify. PLEASE DON'T USE
