I called this doctor in the middle of the night during a crisis he was on call the first thing he said was why was I waking him up in the middle of the night I told him I was hanging up! I will never go back!

I sent directions via email to my son, who had started his trip. He had to open a link within the email he received on his phone, which then took him to the same screen I used to get the initial directions I had just gotten and tried to send to him. He had to re-enter the 'From' address in order to get the directions. This process is NOT user friendly, as it two more steps than some other providers will give.



What should happen is this: When he opens his email, he should have turn-by-turn directions right there so he can read them without having to go to another screen. For someone driving, having to take any extra steps are not only inconvenient but DANGEROUS. We will not be using this site again for directions unless changes are made.
