As far as roofing companies go, we have had a horrible encounter with Pyramid Roofing. We had a complete roof replaced for 5,900.00 on 11/20/2014. We immediately had shingles hanging over the edge of our home. Shingles raised, (in one area raised so high birds are flying in and out) shingles sliding down under other shingles. We also had rotten boards replaced for an additional $400.00. The boards were replaced and the repainting to their original color begun (which is burgundy). We were told the contractor dropped the paint and would have to have some more mixed. Needless to say we still have unpainted boards on the front of our home. We were told the paint was "hard "to mix. Our roof was too steep to climb doing the winter months. We have been more than patient. We have records of phone calls were we were promised they would come in a couple of days. That was months ago. They have since stopped answering our calls. I have reached out to the BBB who they also refused to respond to. As a last ditch effort we reached out to the Contract Licensure Board in Nashville. Pyramid has not responded to the board at last check. Just having the services we paid for completed would be good but seems as if without other urgings this will not happen.

I had torn shingles, chimney flashing cracked, and rotten wood. I called atleast 5 different contractors who all quoted me around $ 2000.00! I then called Pyramid Roofing and they came out the very next day and gave me an estimate of only $ 1200.00! The work was completed in only 2 days and I am very pleased.

I need a new roof on my house bad. I called and spoke with James. He sent out a guy named Curtis who answered all my questions and gave me an estimate on the spot. After I checked around , I found out they had the best prices. The guys that roofed the house were nice and cleaned up everyday. I am very happy with my new roof and the company was by far professional and courteous to me and my family.
