Well they told me one thing on the telephone to get me in there and then they told me something different when I actually got there because inept untrained people

first time at a blood bank,went at 7:00 am on a Monday when they opened and no worries! Staff was courteous,friendly,funny and well educated.Be prepared to spend a couple of hours there,hydrate well,and eat nutritious proteins before donating.
