I love My Pet Groomer! I have told several friends about Kevin and his shop! They are excellent and I have been using them for many years!

I worked here for a very short time and recently resigned do to the way groomers here treat pets. I urge you to not bring your pets here! Know your pets behavior and follow your instinct as a pet parent. What I witnessed was appalling and sick. Just ask to comb through company surveillance your bound to see something disturbing.

My shih tzu has had the best experience at my pet groomer. He was very timid and now he's so happy to be groomed at My Pet groomer! It's not over priced like Petco or Petsmart. The staff is friendly and really cares about the comfort of my dog as he is groomed. Definitely the best decision I've made towards grooming care for my precious shih tzu!

My Pet Groomer is a very unprofessional business. I took my dog there and they cut all of his hair off and on top of that they cut and burned his skin with the clippers and razor. A day later I had to take my dog to the vet because he was so irritated by the cuts and burns. I later contacted the staff at My Pet Groomer to inform them about the injuries that my dog sustained and that I had to take him to the vet and I received little concern from the staff..

OVER 10 YEARS OF GREAT SERVICE! I LOVE KEVIN AND MY PET GROOMER!! I lived in the area many years ago, moved to Cordova, still travelled back to Hickory Hill to have Cody groomed there. Moved to Downtown Memphis, continued to travel back to have Cody groomed there. I am now working and residing in Bartlett, Cody is at My Pet Groomer as I write this referral. They know my little buddy by name and TAKE EXCELLENT CARE OF HIM. He has a completely new attitude when he leaves--because he knows how handsome the team has made him. He also loves his friends that are groomed at My Pet Groomers and we both love the warm and friendly atmosphere.

I had to put my beloved schnauzer Belle down yesterday. She hated getting groomed all her life and My Pet Groomer, especially Kevin and Barb, always made her visits as easy as possible. They did a quick, personal physical review of Belle when we came in, pointed out potential problems and treatments, and were always very gentle and loving with her.

They charge fair prices, finish on time, and take great care to satisfy. I've never been disappointed with their service.

I love My Pet Groomer. Our dog Cody has been to Petco and Pets Choice and neither of them were feesable. Petco was expensive and Pets Choice was just not right at all. Cody came home wet, shaking, and a day later he smelt like he had never been bathed. However this is the Pets Choice on Winchester but the Pets Choice on Shelby Dr was awesome. They really care about the pets and are friendly. My Pet Groomer always have a good smell when you walk in and all the employees are really helpful. Not to mention they have the best rates in Memphis. This is now Codys new place of getting groomed.

I had an AWFUL experience at this groomer. My dog left looking the same as he came, minus an ugly chunk out of his face. Worse than that, they were extremely rude and condescending to me, and somehow lost my dog's harness. By far the worst experience I've ever had at a groomer. DO NOT GO HERE!

My Pet Groomer has done a great job with Tyler. I've had problems with other groomer getting his paws and ears just right and they did!

I want to compliment the people at My Pet Groomer for taking such good care of my baby Ace when he was going there. They turned him from a bear to a gentleman every time. I was so proud of the job they always did on him. Ace passed away Saturday June 7, 08. I will miss our trips to My Pet Groomer and only animal lovers will understand how much I will miss Ace. He was our son. Thank you everyone at My Pet Groomer for an outstanding job.

this place is very nice to yoour dogs. They are cheaper than petco and petsmart.i really like them!!
