Mike Cooper currently owns and operates Mercury Valet and has worked as a dry cleaner and launderer for over 30 years. He enjoys the support of his experienced staff that also has many years of experience as spotters, cleaners, pressers, and representatives of high-quality customer service. Today, Mercury Valet combines its long history and years of experience to give each customer clean well-finished garmets in a timely manner and at popular prices. History of Mercury Valet Mercury Valet has been in it's current location since 1948 where it operated under diffferent names in its early years. In 1960, Mertis Bagwell and her son, Al, began to operate the cleaners as Mercury Valet Service until he left to pursue other interests. Mrs. Bagwell formed a partnership in 1963 with Ed Wright that lasted until her retirement in 1985.
