I was recommended to him by a nurse friend that is usually reliable.



I wanted a 2 cup increase (that is to say an increase in circumference of 2".



Going from a 34b at band-size+2.5" to a 34d at band-size+4.25 is a 1.75 cup increase NOT 2)



and an increase in fullness, an increase in base diameter.



he agreed on 300ml saline implants to be filled to max rated capacity then "overfilled" to achieve the 2 cup plus fullness.



he actually ordered 275ml small base (moderate plus profile) cup implants, didn't fill them to the agreed volume, resulting in no increase in fullness and a 1.75 cup increase.



and he should no it would be a failure since the American Society of Plastic Surgeons has published that on average a 1 cup increase requires 189ml of fill volume... so he was a total of 96ml short.



a more appropriate sizing would be 350ml implants with a moderate profile (to get the additional fullness) filled to max plus overfill to get an actual 2 cup increase and additional fullness
