My first appointment did not go well. I arrived on time to an empty office. Everyone was at lunch. As I waited I listened to phone calls and voice messages being broadcast from their phone. Patients calling with personal info for everyone to hear. (Me-I guess-as I was the only one there) isn't that a violation?

The staff started coming in and after a full 35 minutes I was finally spoken to. I had not even been looked at. Very awkward.

Finally got to see the director and told him that I should probably find another facility.

We worked through that and I stayed.

I paid the required fee on every visit until I knew I had exhausted my deductible. At my request the bookkeeper also discovered that I was now probably overpaying.

Now,,,, 3 months after my last appointment I've yet to receive a refund check.

I've called and called and sent numerous emails to the director.

He finally said he could no longer help me that it had gone to the corporate office and I should maybe call them. Today I discovered that my refund as not been processed yet at the local office and of course has not gone to the corporate office either. Really sad to think that no one cared enough to follow through with this, all the while assuring me that they were doing all that they could.

I will be happy to get my $$$ back from them and would discourage anyone from using this business.

I had a great experience with Memphis Physical Therapy when I visited them recently. I not only got better, I also had a fun and enjoyable time while doing it. They are real professional that know how to serve
