They professional attitude sucks, I would not recommend a dog to take its bone there. Rude, smart mouthed, treat you like a second hand citizen.

We used Madison Automotive to check out a vehicle we were test driving in Memphis. We had driven 3 hours and were pre-approved for financing to buy a Toyota Sienna.



Staff was super friendly and helpful in scheduling us to come that day as we drove in from KY. We paid $50 for the checkup, and were advised that he would look at other vehicles for us if we decided not to buy this one and wanted to run any more by at no add'l cost.



Super impressed with his honesty and the value. He gave the van a good rating (it's condition mechanically), and stated that he sees very few that he gives a thumbs-up. We ended up not buying this one due to non-disclosed body damage by the dealer, but we would not hesitate to have Madison help us again in the future.

On May 30,2014 I took my SUV for a diagnostics test $112.00 with a code P0300 (random misfire). David's best mechanic diagnosed a bad coil pack within 30 minutes. David quoted his shop's price replacing the bad coil pack $400.00 . David guaranteed it would fix the problem. I chose to replaced the bad coil pack myself and the misfire still remained. I took it back with the service engine light still on and the vehicle misfiring. The shop mechanic turned the service engine soon light out and David said they couldn't find anything wrong and sent me on my way. I felt the problem was more than they wanted to handle. The shop might lose money taking the time required to diagnose the problem. David degraded the vehicle make and model, calling it problematic . He also quoted don't buy Auto Zone ,O Reilly or Advance Auto parts. I felt that David didn't handle himself in a professional manner and I was being scammed. I took the vehicle to Christian Brothers Automotive & paid $50 for a diagnostic test. They kept the vehicle 1/2 day and they diagnosed a bad ignition control module and it fixed the problem. I called David to see if he would refund my diagnostic fee of $112 since it was misdiagnosed and David would not refund my money. In my opinion, I would not recommend this business to anyone else !!! However, I recommend Christian Brothers Automotive.

don't be so quick to praise this place.their service manager david jayne traded a 2008 jeep commmander even trade with me for a f250 ford p/u. but the tittle he gave me was incorrect for the jeep. i have tryed numous times to try to get him to correct it'. with no avail. now i out a $14,000.00 dollar truck.because i can not tittle the truck.now madison automotive don't know how to get in touch with him.look like the only way i am going to solve this situation is to file crimial charges against him.he also forged someone elses name.
