The food was good, but the service was terrible. Do not use the drive-thru, it takes twice as long as carry-out! Cashiers are always unfriendly!

I ordered a large rib plate and I was very disssapointed. The ribs look liked they had been eaten off , there was no meat. My sides were sloppy served all together. I have visited many times and was very satisified but this time I was very disssapointed in the quality and quantity of the food. Zero stars

This is place is great for it's food and the founder. The full rack is the altenative example of a typical all you can eat feature in restaurants. Rendevous and Corkys better run for their money because they got some competition. This place would be perfect if someone could remove those annoying little naggers called waitresses.

We love Memphis and we love Memphis BBQ and Interstate is the best in town!!!

Best bbq sandwich anywhere.

WOW!!! I The best BBQ I ever had. It was sooo good I even sent a large family package to the family in Californiam and they agreed with me. They were kind, attentive and the food couldn't be beat. I love their food and the BBQ spaghetti is WONDERFUL. Do try this one

The customer service that we recieved, on May 2, 2010, was unacceptable. We were talked to and treated so ugly. This restaurant was choose, due to the world wide exposure that it has repeatly received. Apparently, the exposure has made the staff think that they are above their customers and that they do not need any, more business.

We had Bar-B-Q, beans, slaw and potato salad, it was without a doubt the best I have had in a long time.David Norman

Dare I say that this could be the best BBQ I've ever eaten. That's a might big statement since I've eaten alot of bbq. Good and bad! And this really could be the best. All others now must compete with them.
