Avoid this bank at all costs. The service is horrible and they apparently do not feel the need to respond to phone calls or emails regarding our account. Unfortunately we are now out-of-state and visiting them is not an easy option. Left voicemails for Tameka (?) on 2/1/2011, 2/16/2011 and emailed on 1/31/2011 and still no response as of yet. WOW...Thanks for being prompt and professional!

I give this credit union the highest rating that can be given, I have been with them for 11 years and they have always treated my family and I like we're part of them, everyone has always been very cordial, and highly respectful, especially Erica who woeks in the loan department...I recommend anyone out there looking for a financial institution, to join Hospitality Federal Credit Union and they won't regret it...
