These folks are straight up honest, a hard to find trait. They will try to help you find a simple less costly solution if one is possible, but otherwise will give you a firm estimate and provide quality service. I thought that two new knobs at $7 each was much better that a $200 repair. I earlier spent several hundred dollars with them for some repairs that worked out very well and were well worth the cost. If something is done right so that it won't break again, I'm happy.
