I have been coming to this location for years so when i walked in and my stylist wasn't there I didn't worry because they always tell you your information is on file. The stylist that did my hair insured me my color would look exactly the same as the many times before. After the color we return to her seat and my color is orange! The girl who tells me she is the manager insists that she used the same formula but obviously not! She argued with me till I finally just paid and left. How can this girl be the manager? Very unhappy with my color! I won't be back to Audra or fantastic sams!
