Dr Goldin's staff is the most unprofessional! They do not have ANY politeness or humanity in any portion of their existance. I will never again step foot in that office, if I can ever get my medical records from them to transfer to another physician, however, this can only be done by "one" person and she only does it on Friday's but of course she won't be in this Friday. Due to the fact they overbill and do not submit insurance claims properly this proves to me how incompetent this office is! It is a wonder the Doctor has any patience. I would clean the adminstrative staff house out and replace them immediately before he loses the few patience he has left!
