Went to David's Bridal in Memphis tonight with two of my bridesmaids. I was not concerned at all going into the appointment to look for their dresses after having such an amazing experience in Oklahoma City finding my wedding dress. One sales associate Felicia was so gracious in getting my bridesmaids dressing rooms after nobody came to find us even though we were told someone would. Then as we went through dress after dress Felicia was the only associate that checked on us. Coming to the end of the hour appointment an associate Maggie whose name was on the dressing room doors came up said "My manager said I had to come check on you all." Then she was hateful and rude to my bridesmaids said those dresses do not come in begonia. She then went with them to look for different dresses and was sassy when talking about sizes with them. Now that we are at home looking at dresses online the dress that my bridesmaid wanted does go online. This is the kind of experience that can ruin someone's experience and desire to use a company. The positive is that Felicia was wonderful even when we were not her responsibility and my experience in OKC was wonderful too.

I had a great time with Miss KeeKee today!!! She was awesome and listened to everything I told her about the dress I wanted. She got me the exact dress I had envisioned, and it was on sale!! Keep in mind that I didn't have any pictures to give her, just verbal description and comments/critiques of the dresses she brought me to try on. Her picks for accessories were on point and made my dress look even better!! I am so excited about my picks - I felt like a million bucks after I had been "jacked up" (TLC's verbage for adding veil and accessories. Thanks so much, Miss KeeKee :)

I was a bit hesitant going into David's Bridal because I had heard unsettling things about the company in general. HOWEVER, I was wonderfully surprised with the service that I received yesterday at the Wolfchase location. I made my appointment online the night before and showed up thirty minutes early to my appointment just to look around a bit. From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed with warm greetings and congratulatory statements. As soon as my sales consultant, KeeKee arrived, she carried all the dresses I had pulled to the dressing room and set me up completely. I did not realize there were sizes on the dresses (oops!) but KeeKee went to the floor and got me the correct sizes and even pulled dresses that were similar to the ones I pulled for more options. From the very first dress I tried on, KeeKee and the manager, Chris made me feel like a beautiful bride. They were full of compliments and advice. Within in an hour I was able to buy the perfect dress complete with a veil, belt, and hair comb.



I had such a pleasant time at David's Bridal and I highly recommend KeeKee and Chris (they are a dynamic team!!).

My daughter is getting married and went there to try on dress. The third dress she put on was the perfect dress even though she tried on more after that. Make sure you ask for Pat! She is the best and made this experience wonderful!

I guess im the one in a million, but I had an amazing experience at this location, and continue to do so. I did not have an appt and was just going to look for ideas. I was immediately set up with a consultant (Keekee I believe was her name) and she started asking what I was looking for and for white or ivory. We picked out 4 dresses to start off with, and nome of them were my style, as I did not want a train. She kept bringing me more to try and even the short trains I didnt like. My mom then explained to her a dress I had found online and she smiled and ran off to see if she could find a similar one. The one she brought me was so perfect, I cried. She even got a sash to go around my waist, as there was no embelleshments, and a veil that just perfected it even more. I went to just look, and bought all 3 items. Also, I even have received phone calls from the store to see how the planning was going and if they could help me with anything else. My bridesmaids are also getting their dresses there. Another thing, at check-out, I was offered swatches $1 a piece and was told someone would be contacting me to set up an alteration appointment, which she called that very day. I would recommend this store to anyone. My experience went above and beyond my expectations.

Don't walk, RUN away from this David's bridal. I wish I had taken these reviews more seriously. Every word is completely accurate. It was a horrible experience! We were deliberately misled about when our dresses would arrive, and no one will do ANYTHING to rectify your problems once they have money in their hand. PLEASE go somewhere else to shop for your special day, I guarantee it will be more special if you do!

Very poor customer service.I had an appointment and still didn't get one on one assistance.I had to go through looking for my own dress,no recommendations were made and no one cared that I wasn't satisfied.I would not recommend them to anyone.

1st off I love the dress I got...the sales ppl don't even bother to really help you at all..my experience was dreadful I got the dress it had to be sized so I spoke to the alterations lady while I was there she told me no problem it would be no more then 60$ and to call when I got home to make an appt so I did and they gave me an appt 2weeks before my wedding I asked are u sure that is enough time she keep on telling me yes so I went down to get the alterations and the lady told me a completely different price more of course then she asked who gave u that price and I said um u lol but to top it all off she said I could pick up my dress the day before my wedding and hope it fits unless I wanted to pay 30$ more to have it sooner more $ what a shock but I declined and when I was checking out I said so it will be ready right her words we will try wow what a shock needless to say I paid the extra well when I got my dress it was kinda tight and there words it suppose to be like that geez I was hoping to breathe ony big day lol will never ever go back there and would never ever recommend anyone thanks for ripping me off big time but really what choose did I have??

David's Bridal Wolfchase is the worst place to even dream of looking for or buying a wedding dress. First, I had an appointment at 4:30. My consultant never came to start my fitting. Second, Danyale, the girl at the desk was asking me stupid questions. I had everything together and had my favorite dresses saved online; I found several dresses I liked and I was told that the DB location could pull my favorites. I had about 50 dresses saved, I was told I could only try on three (What? Is that all?). No one EVER came over to say, "We will be with you?" NOTHING. I ended up walking out and they seemed to not care. If you want great service, DO NOT GO THERE!!!!

Don't go. I made an appt and when I got there I wasn't scheduled in their computer. There was no one in the store, though, so I was able to stay. Whatever. Me being the ONLY person there trying on dresses certainly didn't make me get good treatment from my "consultant" by any means. She was lazy, rude, and made my first wedding dress outing no fun.



I asked her at the end of it all to please enter my two favorite dresses in the computer for when I come back. She told me, "We don't add people into our system unless we think they will actually return to purchase a dress." I was floored! I didn't know what to say. So I told her I received an email from them confirming my appt (that somehow wasn't scheduled when I arrived!) so I should be in the computer already. She said, "If you're in there already I'll enter the dresses, but if not I won't add you." WTF! So rude!



I will go to a different location whenever (IF!) I go back to make a purchase. If you have to go to DB, do not go to this location - try Southaven or Jackson.
