Customer service is so bad in food service. Called Crump's on Mill branch. I explained I think my wings are suicide, laughing. I explained I ordered reg hot. She ask the lady who took my order and said I ordered HOT. Ok I've eaten both and I like hot this is hotter. Lol the lady then says she ain't got time for this and handed the other girl the phone. Of course they had no resolution or suggestions. I will never eat Crump's Hot Wings again

Food was great but the customer service was awful. I will not be going back to that location. I'm going to try the new location on Alcy today. I hope the customer service is better at that one.

Poor customer service, but the food was great.

I live 70 miles away but whenever I'm in Memphis I want Crumpy's Hot Wings. However, the workers are always short tempered. My last visit was horrible. Whoever took my order on my phone was extremely rude and I don't believe he took my order because when I made it to the restaurant 30 minutes later they hadn't even started my order. Bottomline: Food = Great! Customer Service = BEYOND HORRIBLE!
