Cooper systems inc was very prompt in helping me find a computer. They also were very helpful in giving me tips on keeping my computer free from viruses. If I need another computer I would come back to cooper systems inc.

They were very helpful. What was wrong was explained fully and so I could understand. The work was done in a timely manner.

My backup disk was corrupted and I needed tje information for legal purposes. They recovered all of my data. Thank you! Thank you!

They were very friendly and helpful witth the service. I've both bought a laptop from here and had one rapiard; both times, everything was in good condition without any problem.

gimme gtx 1080 ti they lack in newer technology and don't have the newest water cooling and latest 16 gigs of ram and no good cpu still selling old pentiums please upgrade atleast a gtx 960 i would buy from here if they sold up to date gaming computers we don't have a good gaming computer shop in memphis anyways you would sell i promise i have about 5 friends looking for somewhere local like micro center

Cooper systems have really helped me out today. They have completely cleaned and fixed my computer in under a week. I suffered with a slow unproductive computer for over 2 years due to financial issues and depending on school computers. Now that I've graduated I no longer have access to the equipment so I desperately needed my computer. Cooper systems have lifted me up like the phoenix because they helped me out of a great bind. Very affordable and dependable. P.S they also sale alienware for you gamers.

The front end manager is an incompetent con who cheats customers routinely. They use knock off parts and services and take no responsibility for defects.

These guys always do things right the first time. The entire staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. I have referred many friends and family to Cooper Systems Inc and will continue to do so. Best in Memphis!

When I shopped at Cooper Systems they ended up giving me a really good deal. I was looking to buy a laptop and they had one that seemed like a good deal, but I was unfamiliar with the brand so I was a little scared. Lee advised that I try it out because he assured me that the laptop was reputable and reliable. I am glad to say that I still have the laptop and it runs fast and very well. these people are bogus, they will con you into bringing you computer in then hit you with all kinds of charges and fix nothing; DO NOT LOOK FOR THEM TO FIX ANYTHING

I had some issues with my computer a while back, brought it to cooper systems and they had it fixed quick. I was so happy that I didn't lose any of my info. If you need computer repair bring it to cooper systems.

I love these guys.I have had two different computers that I had to have some work done too and Cooper Systems was excellent. The first computer I just wanted an upgrade and they did it for cheap and quickly.The second time was my other computer was acting up and I took it in to be checked out and they cleared the problem instantly!If you are in the area ( memphis ) and need computer repair or computer upgrades I highly recommend them!
