Best veterinary office in the Mid-south. Affordable prices and friendly staff, do I have to say anymore. I dare you to call around and compare prices, because you won't find a cheaper vet office in Memphis and friendly service. A lot of these vet offices in Memphis are after the money and I truly can say this vet office is not all about the money like a lot of vet offices are in Memphis like Petvax and Bandfield and MVS. I know for a fact that when my two German Shepard needed heartworm treatment, petvax wanted to charge me $4000.00 for both my dogs to get treated. Community Pet Hospital offered to do it for less than $1000.00 for both my dogs. And grooming for my small poodle was $31.00 for bath and hair cut and nails. Petco was charging me over $100.00 to get her hair done. I also got dental work done on all my dogs and it cost me only $108.00 for each dog, when bandfield and VCA Eads Animal Hospital wanted to charge over $200.00 for each dog and charged extra for medications and for teeth that got pulled. So I highly recommend bringing your fur babies here.

I have been taking my beloved pets to COMMUNITY PET HOSPITAL for 20 years. The have been absolutely the best. Love Dr. Baddley and how he treats my babies. He is so knowdgeable. Their office visits are very reasonable and don't break the bank. As long as they are there and I have pets this is where I will take them for all their care.

This was my favorite place until I adopted 3 more dogs . I had the coupon from the animal shelter so my dogs could have shots. They treated us like we went there to beg for free shot. My husband gave all information, they still wanted to talked on phone with me and ask the information for 3 more times. We thought they just tried to make us give up politely. Price reasonable if it is not worth with your waiting time and rudeness. I never go back.

very caring and affordable...they saved the life of my american bull dog who was on the verge of death due to a sugar imbalance caused by a tumor...they operated and removed the tumor and she is like a new puppy...she is happy and playful and healed...she may have a relapse in times to come, but we have her for a little longer thanks to this facility....God answered our prayers through them!

Highly recommend because the prices are so reasonable. I'm always astonished what others pay elsewhere; no appointment is necessary; Dr. Miller and Dr. Baddley care about my cats; friendly staff. Parking can be tricky some days.

I have two cases to relate. I brought my cat in to be fixed, when I picked her up they told me she had been pregnant but they took care of that! They did not even call me to ask my permission or to see if I wanted the kittens, they simply aborted the kittens without my knowledge.

The second case involves a stray cockapoo, I called to see what tests and shots he needed and the staffer had no idea, I finally find someone who said it would be $60 to get some shots and what not, and $25 to get him groomed. I bring him in and inform the staffer that I believe he may have a bladder infection bc he was leaking urine. I was told to pick him up that day at 4:45 pm, at which time he hadn't even been groomed and I was unable to get back before the office closed, this was a Saturday. I picked him up Monday morning and they had not administered the shots. When I asked why the staffer said the doctor didn't have time to see him, but I was charge for a medical examination and was given medication for the dog. The groomers did a horrible jog, there was virtually no hair left on him, he still has fleas, and he has many cuts one of which is an inch and a half long on his neck.

The charges are reasonable and the groomer does a great job! They also board pets when we are out of town. They have been my choice for the past 10+ years. Highly recommended!
