the best dry rub ribs in town.

This place is not a people friendly place they need to get it together because it makes you question if they are doing anything to your food. Never will go back.

Ribs are the best in town....pulled pork sandwich is good not great.

Barbque is of course my favorite food and central is definantly my favorite place to go. i send all my customers thier and they love it. the only thing i dont like is the price of the rib slabs but i forget about it when im eating them. they are so much better than rundevous and McCorkys. well atleast the one on central blvd is.i havent been to the summer one

Who eats this stuff?!!?! This is the nastiest bbq in the universe. This should NEVER be called memphis' best bbq. It is absolutely disgusting and the people there are rude and hateful. NEVER GO THERE.

I've been eating at Central BBQ for years. As a native of the BBQ Capital of the Free World, I know my barbecue, and without a doubt, Craig's restaurant is the best in Memphis. The ribs are excellent and the pulled pork sandwiches are to die for. If you're feeling adventurous, grab some of the hot wings or some BBQ nachos, and be sure you don't miss the homemade barbecue chips while you're there. Awesome!

The customer service at this restaurant was HORRIBLE. I wont go in to specifics but a situation occurred that I had to discuss with the manager "Craig", and instead of showing concern and remorse for what had occurred he instead called me an "UP TIGHT B*TCH". The fact that they are still in bussiness is amazing. This will be taken to the Better Bussiness Bureau and higher up if need be.
