I started Bikram yoga at this studio about 6 months ago, the first class was challenging, however I decided to continue since I was having nerve pain from a previous surgery and fibromyalgia, needless to say the instructors are very encouraging, the facility is clean and I would not change a thing, only wish I had started practicing sooner. My pain is gone and I practice 2 to 3 times per week. Awesome!!
