Technician, Kem, was great. Extremely knowledgeable and respectful of my home. Repairs were quick and painless. Now I realize my a/c needed help long before I knew it. Now it runs cooler inside and quieter outside. Excellent job Kem.

This may be the best experience we have ever had with any type problem. We needed a new water heater, they answered the phone quickly after their automated answering number choices, they came out and gave a very reasonable free estimate, and the servicemen were very polite and professional. We will call them first for any service they provide in the future.

They came first thing in the morning, diagnosed and repaired the problem quickly.

We have had problems with the toilet in our master bathroom for many years, despite having had many plumbers try to find the problem and fix it. The problem turned out to be a broken sewer pipe just below the toilet. Best Care was called. Devyn and Austin came to our home, verified the broken pipe, and gave us a fair estimate of the repair costs. When they came to do the work, they were very meticulous in protecting the floors leading into as well as the bathroom floors. They worked diligently to make the repairs. When the repairs were completed, the bathroom was as clean a pin. They hauled off all the debris. I could not have asked for two better young men to do the job. They were polite, professional, and efficient.

Installers were very curtious, knowledgeable and cleaned up well behind themselves , although it rained day after install I have water running down my vent pipe through my heat exchanger and through my filter into my floor Not happy

I love this company. Patrick was very professional. He explained what was going on and resolved the issue quickly.

This company might do fine work, but there is no way to tell since you cannot get them on the phone. Their "Emergency Line" never answers, and even when you call during business hours you spend an incredible amount of time on hold. I should have received a call before 12 PM on Monday. I received a call at 3 PM and spent an hour trying to call back, to no avail. Then I called at 10 AM on Tuesday and was on hold forever; even the Home Depot referral agents couldn't get them on the phone. Then I was told the earliest someone could come out was Wednesday. Meanwhile, I have had no hot water since Sunday. So much for same-day service, so much for customer service. Very, very frustrating company to deal with.

This company is a bunch of clowns. They rarely pick up the phone it always goes the voice mail. This mickey mouse company only has ONE person to approve business. This company is a complete joke. Don't use these people...

I have to say that no one who works for this company can figure it out. The service is lousy and unprofessional. Do not use this repair service. I would recommend anyone but them.
