Provided by YP.comI was very pleased with the service this company provided me! They had a technician at my home in less than an hour! The tech was very friendly and informative. They diagnosed the problem and had it fixed in a timely manner, and didn't charge me an arm and a leg. I have also used Best for my A/C and heating problems, and would deffinatly recommend them!!

Provided by YP.comThey mis - diagnosed my unit and sold me a repair $265 that failed in less than 45 days. They then sent the same tech back out for $65 only to tell me I needed a new condenser fan motor, when all he had to do was tell me that the first time. In all I spent $315 and I still got no AC. Stay away from this company.
Tech went out said fan capacitor was bad.Told customer that his coils needed to be cleaned and the fan motor was making noise.Our tech replaced the capacitor and added 2 lbs of freon.This customers unit ran for 45 days.Our warranty for a service call is 30 days.No warranty on freon and parts warranty is 1 yr.The tech could not PREDICT when the motor would go out.The fan cap was still good on 2nd trip but motor was not running.In June was the first time our company had been to this customers,not sure who he had before us.PLEASE check our record with the BBB, we have been in business for 16yrs and have many loyal and repeat customers.
