I would strongly suggest that anyone dealing with Tarry Beasley to record and log any communication with this attorney, so you will be able to remind him of what he told you. If you have important evidence do not expect him to have it with him in court. If you tell him anything do expect him to tell the opposing attorney. If you want to be stress filled, hire this man. These comments are based on my personal experience with him in a Probate case. No, I would not hire him again.
