Brittney was wonderful with Cozette. I was probably more anxious about the experience than my dog!! But it was great.....no stress.

Really bad cut on our schnauzer. Duck feathers here and there legs long no skirt shaved to the skin. nails sharp, beard almost cut off. They offered $10 off next time. No next time for us. I send pictures to a Jeff and asked for full refund of this hack job. Never called back emailed or replied. And for sure no refund. They did offer to come out with different groomer. But the hair is gone and I don't want them near my dog again. Very unprofessional in handling complaint.

The groomer was fantastic with our 12 year old Golden Retriever. She was professional and on time. It is much easier on our dog not to spend a day in a cage at a groomer and she is happier.

they are wonderful. my pom chester cannot tolerate going to the groomers. by aussie coming to my house and grooming him in the driveway, he is done in about 30-45 mins. he is calm, cool and collected. and he looks so handsome too!
