Not too impressed with my service. They will refund monthly fees if you complain about problems. My complaints reached a point where they let me chat with an expert (overseas) who says Earthlink is better! Sold me hi-speed but eventually admitted i am at the very edge of their system ( I'm in Cooper-Young!) and I moved to lower-cost DSL-plenty fast enough. Their service slips in and out if storms are anywhere around. They have denied access to all binary newsgroups, with no notice or price-cut. Added a certain connection fee to my phonebill they promised would not be added, what can you do.
