We have used A Plus Appliance Service several times and have had outstanding service. Courteous, honest, and reasonable service.

Customer Service should be your focal point when dealing with customers at any time. You should always want to leave a sweet taste in an individuals mouth to make them want to frequent your establishment. However, that is not what I experienced when I went to return an item I had purchased from A plus Appliances. The worker/owner/ or manager that day was something unbecoming of a professional. Coming into the store I already knew that I would have lost 20 percent of the purchase price due to a restocking fee. That sign was posted inside the store. However, on the other hand the receipt was plain and did not give you any explanations on the return policy. This was a brand new item that I had bought on July 26th 2014. I had to try it however, it was the wrong piece. He could have taken it back and sold it at a discount price. However, this arrogant individual decided that he would talk down to me belittling me. Professionals should honestly represent products and services, including making clear and adequate disclosures of all material terms. I really do believe that it was because was of a different race.

Jerald was courteous and professional. He took the time to show me what he was doing and explain why the appliances were damaged. Also, my window of time was 10-2 and he was at my house by 10:45. That doesn't happen very often. I will continue to use this company.

I have used A Plus Appliance for over 10 years. They are always courteous and will bend over backwards to help you. They provide consistent service. I always go to them first.

I was almost petrified to choose a company to come out and repair two different appliances. You always wonder are they going to overcharge or lie and fix something that wasn’t even broken. Well, I found a company that I have no worries with. I did a lot of research on the BBB site and through Angieslist and yellow pages reviews and found this company. A Plus Appliance Parts & Repair Service Inc took such good care of me I had to share my story on here. Not only were they right on time but Tommy, who came out, was WONDERFUL! He was so friendly and explained everything to me in detail. I felt like I just got the deal of the century with their very low prices. I highly recommend them to ANYONE!

Amazing Service! Have had A Plus Appliance to our home several times. Employees are professional, honest and efficient. Prices are great and they will go out of their way to make sure the problem is resolved. Will ONLY do business with A Plus Appliance.

A Plus has been to my home on several occasions, and I was pleased each time. The first time they were out was to look at my dishwasher and they recommended no repair because it would cost just as much to fix it as it would to purchase a new one. The next time they came out was for my air conditioner. They came out the same day I called didn't have the part to fix it, but went and picked up the part to repair it the same day. I would recommend A Plus to anyone due to their honesty, speed, and friendly service.

I use A Plus for all my appliance and air conditioning repairs. They always come in a timely manner. The technicians are very knowledgable and honest. Their prices are better than anyone else. I recommend anyone that needs this type of service to use A Plus Appliance. I will not use anyone else.

I was very pleased with the service. I was treated very respectfully and received fast service. The technician was friendly and the cost of repair was beyond reasonable. I have nothing but praise for A Plus. They have been out to my home several times, once for my refrigerator and twice for my air conditioning. Each time it has been within one or two days at the most. They have also helped me with parts and advice for my own repairs I did myself. Their technicians are very courteous and up front. The last time they were out for my air conditioning they informed me that my money would be better spent on a new unit rether than repair my very old unit. Again all i have are good experiences with A Plus.
