I called the company office and received a quote of $175 to have a technician come scope my sewer line. Once the technician came out and scoped the line, which took about 5 minutes, he informed me the price was $225. I told him I was quoted $175 over the phone and he said the price went up some time ago and did not know why I was quoted that price. I have heard of companies performing bait-and-switch services, where they quote a lower price initially and they change the price once services have been rendered. They would not honor the price I was quoted verbally and I had to pay them $225. I called to speak with the owner and he said he would talk to the secretary about pricing but would not refund me the price difference.



I had to wait 5+ days for them to return a quote so I could give it to my insurance company and their quote was $1500 - $2000 higher than the other two quotes.



Would not recommend this company.

THIS IS A GREAT GROUP OF PEOPLE! THEY REALLY CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER AND DO THE JOB RIGHT! I HAVE USED THEM FOR OVER 15 YEARS WITH NEVER A PROBLEM! TRY THEM AND YOU WILL AGREE!!!!!
