Wasn't sure what to expect from a watch repair company located on the lower level of a commercial office building but I was pleasantly surprised. My citizen watch was repaired on the spot for $35 in less than 10 minutes and it now runs perfectly. What more can I say other than this is the place to bring your watch for repair.

Horrible service. I feel I was taken advantage of and very poorly treated. My watches were returned to me late and in poor condition. And the woman I dealt with was incredibly disrespectful and personally insulted me. I never write complaints, but I have never experienced such poor service from a business before this. I do not recommend this company.
