Looking to replace an old worn out fence I figured I would go to Tru Link a name that I had been familiar with all my life. I was most interested in a fence that would be durable and straight. Tru Link offered a vinyl fence that is very well constructed and I was happy to pay the considerable cost. I am happy with the fence it is durable, but, the installation was deplorable. It wavers at several spots and is most unsightly. I spoke to the President of the company who told me that they installed the fence at a depth of 3 ' and he acknowledged that this was not deep enough saying that in the future they were going to install these vinyl fences at a depth of 4'. Pretty much gave me an "oh-well" response to my problem. He said that they would send someone out to estimate what it would cost me for reinstallation saying that it would be several hundred dollars per section. It has been over 3 years now - no one ever came out. Several thousand dollars spent and the fence looks terrible.

I've been checking around a few places to get a fence put up at our newly purchased home. I called Tru link to setup an estimate. The estimator showed up later than expected and seemed extremely agitated to be there. Huffing and puffing and mumbling as he measured. Zero small talk, I could just tell he was annoyed. We're limited to 4' high fence by our association and only have about 100' total of fence needed. It almost seemed like he had better things to do than help us. After he took the measurements he said he would email me an estimate. 3 weeks later nothing back from Tru link. No email or follow up calls. VERY VERY sloppy customer service. I ended up choosing a different company to order and install my fence.

Bought Montage iron fence and was blown away that they had it in stock and installed it in a week. Neighbor also used Tru-Link and was just as satisfied

The Tru-Link salesman showed me numerous styles and I went with a 5' tall ornamental iron fence. They said it was in stock and had it installed within 1 week...and it looks great. I would recommend Tru-Link Fence and in fact already have

Tru-Link committed to completing our vinyl BuffTech fence in two days. It took them over 2 months, and we are not happy with the final product!In the first place, their installers had never installed a PVC fence prior to ours (the foreman informed me of this). When I viewed obvious construction problems while the fence was being constructed, I called the salesman who requested that I walk outside and correct them. Naturally, I informed him that if he wanted me to run his team I would need a huge discount on the fence.In the end, the only consistent thing I have found Tru-Link to deliver is their constant over-selling while under-delivering and their failure to communicate.

TRU LINK CHANGED THEIR ESTIMATE TWICE. EACH TIME $500.00 INCREASES.WOULD NOT TRUST THEM. WORSE THAN A USED CAR SALESMAN! DON'T TRUST THEM.
