We've been using Quasthoff's since my husband and I were dating, and we've been married 20+ years! Always can count on them for beautiful flowers; yes, we used them for our wedding. Never fails, but if they did, I know they would make it right.

Beware!!!! I have never ordered flowers over the phone until last Monday 09/29 for my wedding anniversary and after this experience I never will again. First off they told me they had a special for the day which was an arrangement with roses for $49, delivered. I bought it. When my wife brought the flowers home from work, I was shocked to only see 5 roses and some lily's, that's it! The lily's were dead by wed and thrown in the garbage. The next shock I received when I viewed my credit card charges and noticed a $90 charge for the flowers. When I called Quasthoff's to question, they told me they couldn't help me because I didn't order through them directly and they were quite rude about it, they did give me an 800 number to call. When I called the 800 number, (which wasn't the number I called to order the flowers) to ask about the charges, they told me the extra charges were tax's and delivery. When I asked them to break down how a $49 purchase in tax's and delivery comes out to $42 in charges they couldn't and told me the computer made a mistake. Never again.

Never ever am I ordering from that place!! Such a bad experience, so unprofessional! Wouldn't even give out one dam star! Awful.

I think peopple make the biggest difference and Quasthoff's has them.
